All group sessions require a minimum of three people to go ahead and are typically 1.5 hours long. If minimum numbers are not met, you will be offered the option of a private coaching session.
Private one on one sessions are 1 hour duration.
If you book four or more people into a private session, prices per person are at standard small group pricing.
